Therapeutic Massage 

Massage boosts the immune system by increasing blood circulation, bringing oxygen and nutrients to the muscles that aid in healing, while flushing out toxins through the lymphatic drainage system. 

Reflexology

Reflexology is the practice of stimulating nerve endings on the feet that correspond to major organs, glands, and body parts. Areas of the feet are worked on with massage, thumb and finger pressure. Reflexology increases circulation, flushing out toxins and removing energy blockages. 

Acupressure

A Chinese technique based on the same principles as acupuncture. Energy or "Qi" flows through the body along set pathways or meridians. When a path is blocked, pain or illness can result. Firm finger pressure is applied to the points of blockage to clear and rebalance the energy flow.

Craniosacral Therapy

Done with the client fully clothed, Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle technique to help detect and correct imbalances that may cause sensory, motor or neurological dysfunction. The conditions that respond well to Craniosacral therapy include headaches, migraines, TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome) fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic neck and back pain and motor coordination impairment. 

Reiki

Reiki works by accessing the universal 'life force.' Energy flows through the practitioner's hands to bring about healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki can balance the chakra system, release stress, relieve pain and rebalance our energy.

Introduces your body to unique energies and attunes you to "new" frequencies of energy, light, and information which allow for healing on all levels of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Long ago we were connected to the grid lines that encircle the planet via the acupuncture meridians on our bodies. These meridians served as an interface to the larger grid of universal frequencies of energy, light, and information. We have since lost this connection with only remnants remaining of what they once were. The Reconnection is about reuniting us with this grid by bringing in "new" axiatonal lines (meridians) that enable us to draw the basic energy for the renewal functions of the human body. The effect of The Reconnection is acceleration of spiritual growth and to facilitate ones "life purpose." 

Sound Healing

Using crystal bowls, tuning forks, and vocal toning we are able to access and utilize sound as tools to clear obstacles from our bodies, our energy, and our emotions. Healing with sound can be used alone or incorporated into a session.

Raindrop Therapy Technique 

Using Young Living Essential Oils, 6–10 oils are applied to the spine and on the feet to achieve a desired out come of deep relaxation, purification and realigning of body, mind, and spirit.

This modality is a system of healing that uses the Violet flame, the seventh sacred ray of transmutation. Invoking guides, spiritual council, and the Angelic realm, we work to resolve, release, and balance the human energy field—creating whole health that benefits the body, heart, mind, and spirit.

Your session begins with an intention addressing your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self. By reading the energy field and the chakras/ energy centers within the matrix of the soul body, we work in a co-creative process to resolve and heal negative programs, past life wounds and themes, fragments, belief systems, vows, and contracts from previous lifetimes as well as the present through Karmic Absolution. This includes pendulum dowsing, direct channelled guidance and assistance, and the use of sound healing (crystal bowls and tuning forks) or sound activation through voice, prayer, and invocation.
